12 YARD ROLL OFF	$240*	Approx. Size: 12 feet long, 7 feet wide and 3.5 feet tall. Weight Limit: 3 Ton What you should use it for: • Small to medium size home remodeling projects • Ideal for tight locations • Fits on residential driveways • Clean outs/Flood damage debris • SMALL amount of concrete (concrete is heavy and cannot fill dumpster)
15 YARD ROLL OFF	$270*	Approx. Size: 12 feet long, 7 feet wide and 5 feet tall. Weight Limit: 3 Ton What you should use it for: • Utilized for heavy materials • Roofing Shingles (cannot be mixed with other debris) • Smaller volumes of general debris
20 YARD ROLL OFF	$300*	Approx. Size: 13 feet long, 7 feet wide and 6 feet tall. Weight Limit: 3 Ton What you should use it for: • Standard construction debris • Drywall/Wood • Clean-up/Flood debris • Move in/Move out debris • NO CONCRETE OR DIRT

Additional Changes may apply: $75 for relocation of Dumpster to 2nd location. $50 for return if unable to pick up dumpster (dry run). If you exceed your weight limit there will be a $50 min. or $50 per ton charge, whichever is greater. White Goods at additional cost $10 ea. Includes: Stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, water heaters, furnace, window and central air units. $10 per each day past the initial 7 days

Helpful Hints: Open the back door for walk-in loading, be sure to close and latch before filling container completely. Stacking items neatly will use less space and provide more room. Only load the container to the top of the sidewalls. Keep area around dumpster clear on day of pickup
